Foreword

Why Testimony Still Matters

Testimony has always been God’s strategy.

From generation to generation, the people of God have been instructed not merely to believe, but to remember, to declare, and to tell what the Lord has done. Before there were books, sermons, or platforms, there were stories—shared at tables, passed down through families, and spoken aloud so faith would not be forgotten.

Testimony reminds us that God is not distant or theoretical. He is present. He intervenes. He redeems. And He still moves in the lives of ordinary people in extraordinary ways.

In a world saturated with noise, opinion, and performance, testimony cuts through with truth. It does not argue; it bears witness. It does not demand agreement; it offers evidence. A testimony says, “This is what the Lord has done for me.”And in doing so, it invites faith to rise in the listener.

Scripture tells us that we overcome the devil “by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of our testimonies” (Revelation 12:11). The blood speaks of what Christ has finished. The testimony speaks of how that finished work continues to unfold in our lives. Together, they declare victory—past, present, and eternal.

This book exists because testimony still matters.

It matters to the one who shares, because obedience brings freedom.
It matters to the one who reads, because hope is contagious.
And it matters to the Kingdom, because light multiplies when it is not hidden.

The testimonies in this collection are not polished performances or perfect endings. They are real accounts of faith, endurance, repentance, healing, provision, and transformation. Each one is a reminder that God is faithful, His Word is true, and no story surrendered to Him is ever wasted.

May these pages strengthen your faith, stir your remembrance, and remind you that your own testimony—spoken or yet to be shared—has power.

What God has done before, He is faithful to do again.

Shining the Lord’s Light Through Our Stories

Every testimony begins with light.

Sometimes it breaks in suddenly—
in a moment of rescue, revelation, or redemption.
Other times it dawns slowly,
emerging through seasons of waiting, wrestling, and becoming.

Yet in every story shared within these pages, one truth remains:
the Lord shines.

This collection was created to make that light visible.

HiStory Makers: Shining the Lord’s Light is not about elevating individuals, platforms, or accomplishments. It is about magnifying what God does when ordinary lives are surrendered to His extraordinary grace. Each testimony reflects a unique journey, yet together they form a single declaration—that God is faithful, His Word endures, and His light has not gone out.

Testimony does more than recount the past; it illuminates the present and points toward hope. When one person shares what the Lord has done, it gives courage to another to believe Him for more. Light multiplies when it is shared.

This is why these stories matter.

They remind us that darkness does not have the final word.
That brokenness is not the end of the story.
That obedience, even when costly, leads to freedom.

The testimonies that follow are offered as witnesses, not conclusions. They are living markers along a journey—evidence of God’s hand at work in real lives, in real time. As this collection continues to grow, so will the light it carries.

Why Forty Ambassadors

Throughout Scripture, the number forty marks seasons of preparation, testing, transition, and commissioning—moments when God forms, refines, and sends His people forward according to His purpose.

We see this pattern repeatedly in the Word:

• Forty days of rain (Genesis 7), cleansing the earth and making way for a new beginning

• Forty years in the wilderness, forming God’s people and teaching them dependence on Him

• Forty days on the mountain, where Moses received the Word from the Lord

• Forty days of fasting, as Jesus prepared for ministry

• Forty days after the resurrection, during which Jesus commissioned His disciples

This Living Edition is structured around forty chapters, each stewarded by an Ambassador who answered a Kingdom assignment—to unite others in testimony as God orders their steps. Together, these forty Ambassadors, alongside three hundred sixty Partners, are on mission to unite four hundred witnesses, not by power nor by might, but by the Spirit of the Lord at work.

These testimonies are not random accounts. They are lives aligned—steps ordered—voices brought together in obedience. Using forty chapters quietly signals that this collection is part of a season of formation and sending, bearing witness to what God is doing now.

As this work continues to grow, its structure remains intentional—honoring order without limiting the movement of the Spirit. This volume stands as a testimony to a living work of God.

A Testimony of Alignment, Formation, and Kingdom Revelation

I knew I was not aligned with the Lord.

I was busy, spent, and unfulfilled. And I knew this truth as clearly as I know this: when you clean up, you start and you finish. When you have an event, you get in the car, you use your GPS, you arrive, and you go home.

God is not a God of confusion. He is a God of order.
“For God is not the author of confusion but of peace.” (1 Corinthians 14:33)

Throughout my life, everything I asked God for by faith came to pass. Every prayer. Every promise.

Except money.

Finances became one of my greatest tests. And I have always known that tests build character—patience and perseverance. I knew I was victorious in and through the Lord, yet financially I was robbing Peter to pay Paul, playing small, surviving instead of stewarding, and I could not see how I was missing God.

In 2019, I made the decision to become a disciple of Christ.

At the time, I did not fully understand what that meant—what I would have to grow through, how many people I would lose, what would fall away, the places I could no longer go, and the rejection and opposition I would face.

I had to step all the way back. I had to go within. And I had to seek the Lord first.

That is where I realized I had been missing Him.
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.” (Proverbs 3:5–6)

For a season, I thought something was wrong with me. But the truth was this: I had wrapped my identity in things, in people, and in people-pleasing. I had learned how to perform for the world—unknowingly, the world’s way.

I repented. I cried. I prayed. I sought the Lord.

Through His Word, He showed me who I truly was. Then He showed me clearly—without Him, I was nothing, and my way would always lead me nowhere.
“Apart from Me you can do nothing.” (John 15:5)

But His plan is good—a hope and a future—planned abundantly above all I could ask or think. His ways are not my ways; they are better than anything I could ever imagine.
“For I know the plans I have for you… plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” (Jeremiah 29:11)

What I truly needed was never tangible things. What I needed were the intangible pursuits: more wisdom, more intimacy with God, deeper faith, a stronger prayer life, more Scripture, greater humility, and deeper yielding.

On January 1, 2026, HiStory Makers: Shining the Lord’s Light launched. The book is now available for sale.

No man will receive glory from these stories.

This book is the living word of our testimonies. And the Lord has already told us how we overcome—by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of our testimonies.

The Word.

The same God yesterday, today, and forevermore.
“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.” (Hebrews 13:8)

The Kingdom of God lives on the inside of us through the Holy Spirit. All of God’s promises—His principles and precepts, the keys to the Kingdom, the fruit of the Spirit—everything we ever needed was always within us.
“The Kingdom of God is within you.” (Luke 17:21)

And love will never fail.
“Love never fails.” (1 Corinthians 13:8)

There is a oneness to God.

This book exists to shine a light on who the Lord is and to show forth His glory. This is His story.

And I am humbly honored, deeply grateful, and privileged to be part of a Kingdom assignment—a movement of God. I thank the Lord for each and every person connected to this Kingdom ECO assignment in any way.

All glory belongs to Him.
